Welcome to The Rocky Mountain Retreat. We wanted our house to feel like home: Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, tp, & toiletries. The kitchen is fully stocked: spices, oil, ketchup, coffee/creamer, dishes and even outdoor cups for the hot tub or a competitive game of cornhole. All TV's are smart TV's. If you want to use your personal Hulu or Disney+ accounts feel free (just be sure to log out when you leave). MAIN LIVING ROOM: 55in Roku TV Full Sofa set -Ottoman can be added for sleeping (bedding provided) Board games KITCHEN/DINING: Condiments, Spices, and Cooking Oils. Other Details to Note
We LOVE our neighbors and the neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm-9am. We have Minut noise monitors installed on the back patios. They DO NOT RECORD, but they monitor decibel levels. We will be alerted if the noise reaches an unacceptable level. *read more in welcome manual. If we need to ask you to vacate the property because of noise or a party (more than registered guest count), you will be fined $500 and will not get a refund for remaining days. Please NO GLASS in the hot tub - we have Aluminum cups under the coffee pot that you are free to use . We do have stairs. There are stairs to enter the home - except for from the patio sliders. Bedrooms are located upstairs or downstairs - main level is kitchen/living rooms. We have 2 baby gates that you're welcome to use. There are 4 stairs from the kitchen to the half bath/den area - a baby gate will not fit there as 1 wall is open. We ask that you DO NOT use the fireplace - It has not been serviced and we do not want a safety issue.
